With the rapid development of instrument industry, the traditional 8-bit MCU can't content the request of the application that is becoming more and more complex.The friendly interactive interface,the function of network mutual connections,intelligent software and high efficient data processing nearly has become the common demand for the intelligent system.So it is an invariable tend that the embedded chips are used in the recording instruments in the industial control.In this paper, the main content is the develop process of the embedded network instruments based on the 32-bit ARM microprocessor--LPC2210 and the embedded real-time operation system uC/OS-II,while it introduces a realization scheme with the design of the embedded network instruments by using ARM,real-time kernel and TCP/IP protocols.We combine the high quality,low power consumption 32-bit RISC structured ARM's kernel processor with the embedded multiplan opertion system uC/OS-II whose kernel sourse node is open to build up the hardware plate which is mainly consisted of microprocessor LPC2210.On the base of this plate, we embed real-time operation system uC/OS-II and combine the software plate named Code Warrior for ARM Developer Suite,so as to finish the design and the development of the embedded network instruments.The main work of this paper includes:1. The architecture of the embedded ARM chips has been studied and the realization scheme of the embedded network instuments which is mainly consisted of LPC2210 has been designed.2. Principles of digital filters and self-correlation algorithm have been analyzed and applied in the experiments.3. Taking advantage of the embedded real-time operation system,we have realized data transmission based on the TCP/IP in the industrial Ethernet.After the debugging and coursing of the monitor system,the basic function of the embedded network instruments has been reached.Further,we make great progess in the data transmission that data can be transmitted in the WAN.
