Solar Water Heater Control Panel Ergonomics Analysis And Research

With the advancement of the society, the Humanism thought was deeply rooted, which was a trend that had influence on every line of industry. Along with the emergence of the world energy crisis, solar water heater are paid more attention as a green production of energy saving, environmental protection and utilization of renewable energy. The solar industry is developing fast. However, kinds of problem appeared which very important one aspect is to have ignored the Man-Machine System analysis and study. So in this thesis, the author carried out Ergonomics analysis and study on the solar water heater and the controller. It is very important that we apply Ergonomics and industry design idea to design the solar water heater and the controller, because the controller is the component that consumer communicate with the solar water heater each other.The main study contents are followed:1. Based on basic theories of Ergonomics, the solar water heater were analyzed and studied. And the develop direction of solar water heater was brought forward.2. Combining Ergonomics theory with industrial design theory, carry out detail design on the shell of controller, human-machine information interface, showing platform and packaging.3. Study the body measuring dimension and apply design procedures, calculate out the appropriate installation altitude of the product used by human.The paper is designed for giving some useful suggestions and methods about design of the solar water heater and the controller in a human way. More and more professional designer are attracted to research the field thoroughly.
