Design Of Centralized Control And Management System For Cluster Applied Solar Water Heater Engineering

As the importance of green energy attached by people and the reduction of solar collector cost, large scale and clusterization solar thermal utilization becomes possible. The solar water heater oriented to clustered application is constantly being applied and popularized. Compared to the traditional solar water heater facing single-family, solar central water heater has the following advantage, for example, per capita solar utilization rate is higher, benefited range is bigger, per capita cost is lower, the influence of the original architectural appearance is smaller.however, its informationization level is low, and unable to satisfy the need of cluster application. This paper researches and designs the centralized control and management system of the solar central water heater engineering oriented to clustered application, it realizes the "terminal-region-enterprise" multi-stage monitoring and management, and has great significance to promote solar thermal utilization.Paper detailedly introduces the design scheme of regional centralized control management system and enterprise centralized control management system, and the data communication technology between each control center. To realize the data synchronization of distributed database system,it designs data automatic interactive system based on web service; To improve the reliability and stability of control software and the accuracy of data communication, it uses multithreading technology and time-limited service mechanism and confirm technology of commands serial number and Automatic detection of Communication state and so on; It adopts flex+asp.net technology to design control and management software based on B/S architecture, realizes the remote control and management; To adapt to multifarious engineering installation program because by different building structure and different user demand, it puts forward a Configuration scheme of water heater installation structure, realizes the compatible control of different water heater structure.After more than a year of efforts, all system designs were already realized, experimental platforms are established in new campus and old campus's lab building. Test result shows that the system is stable and reliable, easy to operate and maintain, has good compatibility and high informationization level, can well realize the centralized control and management of solar water heater oriented to clustered application. At present,this project has been adopted by ZhongWangDa solar technology limited company, successfully applied to the shenzhen vocational and technical college, and gained high appraisal by user.
