With the development of science and technology, high-speed 3D scanning and digital system play an important role in Reverse Engineering. High-speed 3D scanners have been used in many realms and obtained good effects, as well as it shortens the period of product studying.Aimed at problem of the massive area and the low accuracy of embossment measures, the light selection measure method was selected as our measure method in this paper. According to the characteristics of point cloud data and adopting double axis control technique, we proposed some new views and methods based on the present date processing algorithm.This paper is divided into seven chapters .The light section measure method, data mosaicing, filling of holes, the generation of tool path, the researching of high-speed embossment carve path and the computer simulation were discussed in the paper. A embossment processing software was designed based on C++ Builder, which implement the following functions such as data capturing, data processing, the generation of tool path and computer simulation. The completed items in detail as follows:1. The mobile platform was designed implementing the automatic scanning of large objects. By file operate technology and computer processing algorithm, I completed scanning data automatic saving, filtering and several result displaying of computer simulation.2. Aimed at the problem of mosaicing gap when data was mosaiced, we implement the edge non-gap mosaic of several block data by calculating of mosacing coefficients of hole area and non-hole area respectively in auto-detect technology of edge holes. Experiment shows this method has this characteristic of quickly speed, high accuracy.3. Appling dilation algorithm of mathematics morphology, I fill the holes of scanning data area, getting good result after attempting several filling methods.4. According to the characteristic of scanning point cloud data, I analyzed the present carving machining methods of G code generation, and proposed a auto tool compensation algorithm of the massive measured point cloud data. Experiment shows this method has this characteristic of quickly speed, high accuracy.5. Machining speed was improved by the method of every several lines rough cut then searching compensation cut area. The methods got good result in speed and precision.6. After the studying the computer re-reading algorithm of G code, the computer simulation check and display were completed. A dynamic and static computer simulation algorithm was proposed, which implemented the real time check of carves machining.
