As the increment of the economy and Export-Import trading of GuangXi province, the container multimodality in the area was developed fast as well, which can be proved by the Export-Import containers amount, there are so many problems laying in the container multimodal, such as irrationality of container transportation construct. So it is necessary to research these problems.Firstly this paper divided the area of GuangXi into separate parts according to the difference amount of container goods, then ,focused the analyses on flux of container transport. Based on the forecast analyses of container flux,flow amount, we cursorily described the container transport net system, and gave the optional transport way in the net system, finally, this paper settle this problem by dubble-scheme model, and obtained the conclusion by Genetic Algorithms, and found the best routing in the net system, as well as the bottle-neck in the net system.Based on the conclusion, we suggest it is important to construct the upriver shipping of XiJiang and the container terminals development and the harmony development of coastal ports.The technical way used this paper was dual regression forcast model and dual scheme model. the latter model can scheme multiple transport models together, which overcomed the default of separate scheme.The question discussed in this paper was a useful reference to container multi-modal transport.
