Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid development of rail-sea multimodal transportation,the market share of railway container freight is rising.In the face of the strong competition of road container freight,the competitive pressure of railway container freight in the transportation market is expanding,so it is necessary to introduce more advanced pricing ideas and methods.This article from the perspective of the railway transport operator,the bi-level programming model in the rail-sea multimodal transport railway container pricing optimization problem,can for railway container transportation of rail-sea multimodal transportation in China provide certain reference rate reform mechanism,at the same time enhance the competitiveness of railway container transportation of ocean-rail transportation in China market,on the basis of contributing to rail transport operator to maximize returns.By studying the railway container transportation of rail-sea multimodal transportation pricing change history and present situation,discovered the existing in railway container freight pricing model is not flexible,opaque pricing mechanism,and to some problems of differential pricing,not as a result,need for railway container freight in rail-sea multimodal transportation market pricing analysis.Under the fierce competition of road transportation,how can railway container seize the market of container cargo transportation quickly,and the reasonable freight rate formulation method is one of the key.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the price,timeliness,safety and convenience when customers choose the mode of transportation,a bi-level programming model for the freight rate of rail-sea multimodal transportation is established under the market condition of elasticity of demand.The upper layer planning model takes the transportation operator as the decision maker and its profit maximization as the objective function.The lower planning one is to take the customer as the follower,take its generalized cost minimum as the objective function,and apply the user equilibrium flow distribution model of port container freight volume between railway and highway in the model,and then design the model solution algorithm based on sensitivity analysis method.Finally,this paper takes the 20 foot container of Tianjin port-Lanzhou Dongchuan section as an example for empirical analysis,finally obtaining the railway transport operator’s profit is higher than the current rate of profit,and then to test the model,through the results that in elastic demand oriented rail-sea multimodal transport railway container freight pricing model is reasonable.Through the research of this paper,establish a suitable bi-level programming model for container freight pricing of rail-sea multimodal transportation which provides reference for promoting the market-oriented pricing of railway container freight.
