With the wide application of electro-optic reconnaissance, surveillance and tracking in the military area, the requirement for the performance of whole system is increasing, and also the requirement for image stabilization is more and more strict. Opt-Electronic stabilized platform has developed rapidly in recent years; it has been used widely in the military area and civil area such as public security, fire protection, surveillance, control of environment and etc. It is a complex system composed of optics, mechanism, and electricity. The technology of stabilized servo control in Opt-Electronic stabilized platform has been studied in this paper.This paper first outlines the structure and control theory of the stable system, and then analyses and compares the theory and performance of the main apparatus in the system, on that basis; it gives the principles and approach to achieve the resolver to digital converter in the control system. This paper focuses on the realization methods of hardware in the control system, and the circuit design, and at last, some effective stability control algorithms has been used to achieve system stability control and also give the delay-advance control emluator using the matlab software.
