| Gyro stabilized platform is a system which utilizes the unique characteristics of the gyroscope to keep the body of platform to be stable relatively. It can isolate the adverse disturbance and friction to achieve the stable target tracking function, and is widely used in national defense and civilian areas as a core component of the inertial guidance system and inertial navigation system. As the work of accessing large amounts of data in early days, a control system of DTG dual-axis stabilized platform based on DSP which uses vehicle as a carrier is designed.Above all, the factors affecting the stability of the platform and the theory of platform are analyzed after searching the research of this platform. On this basis, the key components of the system are selected and the hardware circuit of the control system is designed, such as the sampling circuit of velocity and angle, the drive circuit of motor and the communication circuit, etc.Then, the mathematical models of this system under different operating modes and control algorithms is builded after analyzing the mathematical model of each part, besides, the results of PID control algorithms with lead-lag control algorithms are contrasted in detail after the simulation. At last, the software of the system is designed includes the program of sampling analog signal, coarse and fine combination algorithm and communication, etc.The feasibility of the control algorithms is tested through the debugging of real hardware system. |
