Study Based On The State Of Repair Of Urban Rail Transit Line And Track The Maintenance Mode

The world urbanization is boosted by the economic development. The pressure on traffic is becoming an important problem during the continuous expansion of city scale and the increase of population. The urban rail transit, in which the rapid traffic network is constructed on the bases of the high-capacity rail transit system, is a primary method to release the traffic pressure all over the world. The urban rail transit has such advantages as punctuality, comfort, security and so on, and these characteristics are based on good maintenance of transport equipment. The more the scale of urban rail transit expands, the greater the maintenance work for transport safety grows and more significant it becomes.At present, the maintenance mode of urban transport in our country is consulted by the plan mode which circulates with a fixed period. The real conditions of establishments, which are maintained excessively or insufficiently in practical project, are seldom taken into consideration. It would lead to waste of material and manpower recourses as well as hidden troubles of safety in a certain extent. According to the real conditions of establishments, the maintenance mode can effectively eliminate the phenomena of excessive and insufficient maintenance, and insure the establishments always in a good condition.In this paper, the maintenance system is established in the form of urban rail transit route and rail checking-condition assessment-maintenance service by radical principles, of which the idiographic comments, method of condition assessment and system of assessing indices are also proposed. Considering the application of maintenance equipment such as rail-checking vehicle and measuring instrument for track irregularity in real projects, the forecasting method of rail diseases will provide references for such researches in the future.The condition maintenance mode is more pertinent and profitably compared with the traditional maintenance mode. What is more, it will make the urban rail transit safer and better.
