Exploratory Research On CRH380A/AL EMU Three-Level Repair By EMU

The overhaul of EMU is the necessary guarantee for the safe,reliable and stable operation of EMU.The purpose of this paper is to find out the significance of replacing the frame in Zhengzhou East EMU based on the statistical data of CRH380A/AL EMU advanced repair and the theory of reliability-centered maintenance(RCM).By referring to the experiences and modes of locomotive and rolling stock maintenance at home and abroad,and combining with the unique operation practice of our country,in order to improve the operational efficiency,it is necessary to find a new way of locomotive and rolling stock maintenance which is different from the conventional existing vehicles.Through continuous learning of foreign experience and process standards,China has adopted a new mode of EMU operation and maintenance on the basis of it.Combining with the characteristics of CRH380A/AL systems and using the reliability-centered maintenance(RCM)theory,a maintenance system combining operation maintenance and advanced maintenance is formed.By mastering the reliability cycle of relevant system equipment,the planned preventive system for each functional system of EMU is realized.Based on the advanced repair and extension experiment already carried out in Zhengzhou East EMU,this paper ensures the advanced repair and extension scheme by formulating advanced repair and extension scheme,reserving materials needed for advanced repair of components in advance,improving personnel quality and eliminating the impact of production environment before the implementation of advanced repair and extension,and tracking the performance of components of EMU after the implementation of advanced repair and extension.Feasibility of implementation in EMU.Through the accumulated experience of advanced maintenance extension and the investigation of CRH380A/L EMU's replacement repair mode in Chengdu EMU depot,this paper analyses the existing problems in the replacement repair work of EMU,explores the feasibility of the replacement repair scheme implemented in Zhengzhou East EMU,and achieves the purpose of optimizing maintenance on the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of EMU and taking economic maintenance as thegoal.
