Air propeller is the tool which transforms the power of aerial engine to the thrust of aircraft. The development of propeller went through a course from springing up to declining, after that to springing up again. The performance of propeller's calculation and experiment in wind tunnel is the base of propeller's design and application. The simulation of propeller's performance which is influenced by other parts in numerical is very import for propeller's design and experiment, and can shorten the periods of propeller's design, reduce the outlay in experiment.Without any hypothesis of the propeller's geometry, the Panel Method satisfy the body surface boundary condition on the fact body surface, and make the geometry representation of the propeller more precise, the mathematical model is more perfect. We can make a accurate prediction of the propeller's performance and the pressure distribution on the blade.To satisfy the laboratory of NF-3 wind runners need in propeller's experiment in practice, this paper uses a surface panel method to calculate the performance of propeller which with and without spinner and support. The difference between the result of with and without spinner and support is the influence for the performance of propeller from spinner and support. The research results show that the spinner and support make the coefficient of trust and power bigger and efficiency less than single propeller if they are not changing the flow around propeller completely. The support also produces a side-force which is perpendicularity to the propeller's axis and alters with the propeller's working condition. Because the shape of nose makes great influence for the lever of sensor self-noise and limits the flow velocity in wind tunnel experiment, two noses which have different shape are experimented in wind tunnel with high speed flow and finds the nose which has litter influence for sensor's self-noise.
