With the increase of fuel cost,the propeller aircraft with low fuel consumption is more and more widely used in the military and civil aircraft market.Propeller aircraft is different from turbojet power aircraft,and its pulling force is generated by propeller.The performance of the whole power system involves the two parts of propeller and engine.In order to improve the performance of the propeller aircraft power system,it is necessary to design the paddle matching design at the stage of the aircraft design and later use.Aiming at turboprop power aircraft,the propeller performance calculation method,the performance calculation method of turboprop engine and the matching design method based on available and required power are studied in this paper.Based on that,a propeller matching calculation program for propeller power system is developed.The matching design of piston power and propeller power system paddle is carried out by using the program,which provides a way of thinking for the matching design of Propeller Power System propeller.Study on calculation method of propeller propeller based on strip theory,developed by the method of propeller performance calculation program,and through the test examples verify the correctness of the program.Based on the principle of thermodynamics,the thermodynamic calculation method of the turboprop engine was studied,and the method of calculating the physical property parameters of the working fluid by the variable specific heat was studied.Based on the common working conditions of engine,the method of finding common working points by Newton-Raphson iterative method is studied,and the simulation method of turboprop engine performance is given.The research of the piston engine and fixed pitch propeller engine matching design principle,proposed the use of variable pitch propellers under propeller power system,propeller hair design,on the propeller performance data interpolation method,calculation method of propeller engine matching and an example is given and the design method of flight performance.For piston powered aircraft,the optimal speed of propeller under different cruising weight and different propeller speed cruise aircraft under voyage and calculation,the conclusion as follows: the amount of fuel in a certain situation,choose the best propeller speed can effectively improve the aircraft voyage and time,improve flight performance.The performance of a certain type of propeller and engine is calculated for the power aircraft of the vortex propeller,and the design of the matching of the paddle in the flight profile is carried out.The maximum engine climb climb phase state strategy,calculated the different propeller speed climbing under tension,the fuel consumption rate,voyage and time and other changes,conclusions are as follows: the maximum speed to climb faster than economic climb to a predetermined cruising altitude;the cruise phase calculated using the required power paddle hair matching based on calculated results the optimal speed of propeller and propeller,different flight weight under different flight height of voyage voyage,as follows: different flight weight,flight altitude,propeller speed will best change;can effectively enhance the performance of the cruise cruise aircraft best propeller speed.
