Helicopter has complicated technique, requires high quality, and the development cycle is short, these characteristics urge to produce and develop the helicopter digital prototype technology. Helicopter control system is the important part of helicopter, and the quality of its construction correspondence will affect helicopter flight capability and safety directly. Helicopter control system construction correspondence simulation text is the important part of helicopter digital prototype technology. Helicopter control system construction correspondence simulation text is studied in this paper, it is the beneficial exploration into the interference detection of flexible body, and provides a viable resolvent for helicopter control system construction correspondence simulation at the same time. This paper has the important theoretical and practical value to helicopter digital design.This article briefly introduces the function and the structure of helicopter control system. Referring to the control system of France dolphin helicopter, and adopting the multi-body dynamic analytical software virtual.lab, 3-dimensional digital model of cycle control system and collective pitch system are established. System digital prototype is established by applying restrictions, then, the kinematic simulations of landscape orientation control, portrait control and collective pitch control are carried out.The static and the dynamic interference are carried out for assemble interference in virtual.lab, which is aroused by the mistake of part in design or manufacture and by illogical assemble path. The way of interference detection about dynamic component in its movement space is discussed through kinematic simulation.In allusion to the structure and the load condition of slightness pole, ANSYS is used to build up the finite element model of slightness pole, and conservative critical load of yielding is gotten by linear eigenvalue buckling analysis. Based on the analysis, the finite element model that contains initial geometry objection is created, then nonlinear eigenvalue buckling analysis is carried out, finally, the stability and the deformation is discussed.Based on explicit dynamical program ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the dynamic contact computing model of interference body and unstable slightness pole is built. Through the nonlinear large displacement analysis, the contact response of slightness pole is gotten, from the mechanical view point of collision interference, dynamical interference detection of flexible pole come true.This research will provide the effective analytic way for helicopter control system design, which can improve the design quality greatly, depress the times of physical test, reduce manufacturing periods and cost of the system.
