Research On The Structure And Control System Of The Skid Helicopter

With the rapid development of China's Marine economy and low-altitude airspace opening gradually,more and more especially the skid type helicopters,but the slide type helicopter don't have the ability to independently in the ground to move,for the storage of the helicopter,migration and so on work brought inconvenience.This paper developed a small slide type helicopter tractor,this is to make the slide type helicopter in an auxiliary ground mobile unit,done through lift and pull the helicopter helicopter ground mobile tasks such as inventory,migration.Slide type helicopter tractor has the advantages of small volume,convenient operation,reliable operation.How to ensure that a small size(can move under the belly)helicopter tractor has enough structure strength and traction,is this article key to analyze and solve the problem.First of all,access to relevant data,listed at home and abroad relevant information about especially small helicopter aircraft tractor tractor,understand its general structure and working methods,traction mechanism transmission form,lift mechanism to form,and drive power coupling solution.Second,design a reasonable helicopter tractor mechanical and electrical system,analysis of car body and the structure of the lifting gear strength,combined with the electrical design,prototype design and develop a helicopter tractor.Again,the use of Matlab simulation and dynamics of tractor for simulation,control strategy and the important mechanical structure finite element analysis,through the mechanical dynamics and control strategy of joint simulation,verify the tractor design and rationality,and the part of the mechanical structure and control program is optimized to improve,make the tractor to meet the design requirements.Finally,by dspace build helicopter tractor semi physical simulation model of the tractor.
