Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning Equipment, Intelligent Detection System Research And Design

The ultrasonics dental descaler equipment usually is used for preventing and treating periodontal disease, which is both widespread and prevalent. Investigations into the influence of the ultrasonic have demonstrated active hyperemia and cell damage due to prolonged application or high-power operation. So the test of the ultrasonics dental descaler equipment is relation to the medicine safe and the quality of iatric product. The actual measuring methods have several shortcoming such as low efficiency,intensive labor,big contrived factor etc. So, researching and developing a new intellectualized measuring system of ultrasonics dental descaler equipment is a meaningful and necessary thing.We have researched a new intellectualized measuring method and design a new measuring system that is controlled by MCU. This measuring system mainly consist of pretreatment module of forward signal,primary tip vibration measuring,tip vibration frequency measuring,display,serial communicate etc. We mainly finished these aspects of this work below:Firstly, by definition and measuring ways of primary index of ultrasonic teeth-lustration facility detection, analyze of present measuring methods and researching idiographic implement method, we designed a new measuring way which based on embedded processor.Secondly, we finished the design and realization of hardware. The AT89C51 MCU is the core of the hardware platform. We choose components and design the peripheral circuit at the base of AT89C51.Thirdly, we finished the programming and realization of software. We transplanted the Embedded Real Time Operation System Small RTOS51 into the MCU, and developed application which can realize the measuring function.The last, we validated the intellectualized measuring system of ultrasonics dental descaler equipment by checking the real products. The result shows that our measuring system can replace the present other systems.Implementing the intellectualized measuring system of ultrasonics dental descaler equipment in the manufacture can contribute to improve nicety ratio and efficiency of product detection.
