The primary function of on-board power network is to provide safe and reliable power supply for electrical and electronic devices on vehicle. In order to ensure high-speed and safe operation of maglev train, the power supply safety of on-board power network must be taken into consideration. The safety function is realized by independent standard modules in distributed mode, which are in the form of redundance and fault-tolerance. The 24V sub-system on-board mainly supply for the electrical and electronic devices related to the safety and availability. And its power comes from the reliable supply of the dc/dc converters in the system.On the background of German high-speed maglev train on Shanghai maglev demonstration line, aiming at the localization of maglev train, the 24V sub-system on-board is introduced and according to the functions of the dc/dc converters in the on-board power network, the functions of the dc/dc converters in the simulation system is described in detail.On the basis of analysis the principles of the phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage-switch dc/dc converter and the characteristic of the phase-shifted control technology, we design a sample full-bridge phase-shifted ZVS dc/dc converter which is different with the dc/dc on the maglev train. The dc/dc converters use on the train is designed of half-bridge topology and frequency converse control. The design of the circuit and the simulation of the system model and the experiment results are described in detail.At last, the shortages existed in the process of design and development of the simulation system are pointed out, meanwhile, the relevant improvement methods are proposed, which can establish base for perfecting the system.The paper is divided into five chapters. The development of the switch mode power supply and the 24V system is simply introduced in the former two chapters. And put the emphasis on the principles of the phase-shifted FB ZVS dc/dc,the process of the design of the sample converter,simulation of the system model and the analysis of the experiment results in the following chapters.
