Highways' service performance will gradually decline to become damaged after highways are completed. It is caused by vehicles and natural factors, especially by increasing traffic and axle load, together with the design and construction defects left. Highway manage department is now concerning highways' maintenance and repair very much. Traditional repair methods have much deficiency. Other lightweight material new technologies can solve soft soil found problems effectively, but they are mainly construction technologies. Their construction and conservation period are long and they lay more disruption on traffic. Besides traditional repair methods and lightweight material new technologies, a foreign polymer injection material and fast repair technology are introduced.Material's characteristics are important content and basic gist of project quality detection and safety evaluation. Because of technique secrecy and other reasons, overseas data of polymer injection material are not detailed. Domestic research result has nothing but now. So proceeding physical and mechanical test and research is necessary. It will provide referenced data and academic guidance to construction design and repair. And it will provide reference to produce domestic polymer. Through water absorption experiment, relationship of water-absorbing capacity and density is gained. Through unconfined compression strength test, relationships of compression strength-density and E1%modulus-density are gained. Reference of evaluating material's quantity is provided and the relationship of stress-strain is analyzed. Through splitting-tension test, the relationship of splitting-tension strength and density is gained. Through riaxial compression test, the relationships of confining pressure-principal stress difference and confining pressure-modulus as well as mol hull curve are analyzed.It is often difficult to find polymer's location after injection. Bore core samples method is lack of intention and put much destruction on pavement structure. So the idea of detecting polymer's location through electronic prospecting is given. Which inaugurate a new method to detect polymer's location. Virtual instrument technology is used to detect current and voltage. VI program is compiled with LabVIEW. Virtual instrument is actually data collection system based on instrument requirement. It can memorize the detection data expediently, rapidly and in real time. Which improve detection efficiency and reduce cost because traditional instruments are needn't. Inside test is proceeded which indicate that the method can reflect the fact of lower construction qualitatively. But embedded test need proceeding in future.To insure polymer injection's effect is a pivotal problem of high polymer injection technology. Based on the first appliance of polymer injection technology, the FWD data, GPR image and bore core samples are analyzed and the repair effect is ensured.
