Currently, the reformation of electricity market has become the history current that world can't converse. Along with the policy -" factory net separates, bid price from internet access" puts into practice, our country industrial reformation in electric power is also entering a stage in substance reformation, its target is to break the monopolization, lead into the fair competition and ameliorate economic efficiency, realize the reasonable allotment of the social resource and maximize with social performance. Along with the electricity market continuously perfect and mature, the hydropower plants participates the market to bid price has been the irresistible general trend, however, different from fire electricity, the hydropower plants generates electricity that suffering from natural water, the reservoir regulates characteristic, the request of synthesize the exploitation, the water power, electric power, economic contact between up and down power station...etc, also natural coming water can't in advance accurate forecast, plus the indetermination of bidding price under the environment of electricity market, make hydropower plants compared to fire power plants is complicated much. Therefore, under the electricity market environment, the research of bid price decision supporting system for hydropower plants has the very important theories meaning and practical value.First ,under reading in large quantity of domestic and international cultural heritage and its research result, this text overviews the content of the electricity market, the trade mode, the basic present condition of domestic and international electricity market, inquiries into the hydropower plant's competitive advantage for bidding price from internet access .The next in order, this text proceeds the analysis and study to the bidding strategy of the company, this text puts forward four kinds of strategies to generators'bidding strategies and proceeded the detailed analysis contrast, In reading large quantity research of domestic and international relevant of game theory , this text investigates thoroughly to a method of bidding strategy concerning on game theory. The author designs an optimal model based on double-person gaming and parameters estimation, formulates a novel mathematic model and gives the right approach, the model solving effectively the problem of multi-person gaming and incomplete information, which remains very difficult problems at present.The third, this text combinations the characteristics of hydropower plants under electricity market environment. Inquiries into the function and bidding mechanism of hydropower plants, analyzes the factor and the risk for bidding problem, also inquiries into under the electricity market practices plentiful, even and withered electricity price mechanism, the hydropower plants how to use itself characteristics and advantages to participate market competition, establishes mathematic models of river path flow predict, long-term bidding strategy, short-term bidding strategy, excellent combination of units, etc. According to the fire plant's bidding strategy, the author establishes the optimal bidding mathematics model to the Spot economy market and gives a solve to the method, In the end, the efficiency of the proposed approach is proved by a numeral case. Finally, under the analysis the whole system of electricity market, combine with the soft Dephi 7.0, this text designs the total frame of the hydropower plant's bid price decision supporting system, establishes its constitutes and analyses its function, In the end, the hardware frame diagram, network conjunction and software designing are also made the related introduction.
