Prestressed concrete (PC) curve continuous rigid frame bridge has the characteristics of bending-torsional coupled, multiple statically, strong rigidity, small deformation and great spanning capacity. Due to the limited construction field and cost, it's constructed by cantilever, and the structural internal force and displacement transform with its process. 2-D or 3-D beam elements are adopted to simulate bridges by most of the bridge analysis softwares, and the analysis results could not exactly show the local stress distribution of bridge.There is no universal software that can solve the complicated structural calculation problem of curve bridge in the construction state, so the simulation in construction state of curve bridge becames a research project.Based on the study and summarization of the former research, according to the simulation of curve bridge of the actual engineering example of Qiong-Jiang river bridge, the secondary development of ANSYS is analyzed in-depth.1. After the review of development process and the present research of construction simulation analysis of curve rigid bridge, the basic functions and methods to develop ANSYS which is large general calculation software are introduced.2. The curve bridge modeling program, prestress force loss calculation program, shrinkage calculation program through lowing temperature method are writed, and creep calculation program is developed by Fortran77 language. The 3-D simulation is realized when each phrase of construction is simulated by corresponding FEA model with the usage of ANSYS's development tool APDL and element's birth and death function.3. The analysis results are compared with those of Dr.bridge's calculation and test. The following items are included in the comparison:(1) The curve bridge's characteristics are not evident in Qiong-Jiang river bridge for its big radius.(2) Whether considering or not considering of shrinkage and creep, the analysis results of this paper are consistent with those of Dr.bridge's. (3) Shear lag exists in rigid girder beam; and shear lag becames more evident with distance increase between the analysis section and flexible pier.(4) Compare with this paper's analysis results and test results, the shape of transfiguration and trend of test-point's total strain are the same. Many factors cause little difference in number between them.(5) It could be used to guide the design and the construction of PC curve continuous rigid frame bridge by using the simulation analysis program in construction.
