Prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge with traffic as smooth and comfortable, across the ability, small deformation, structural rigidity and easy maintenance, etc., have become high-speed long span bridge construction one of the main bridge, while the cantilever construction method because of its own advantages will become a modern continuous rigid frame bridge the main construction method. However, due to continuous rigid frame bridge into the bridge from the cantilever construction to operation, the main beam is constantly changing elevation, to ensure close and into the main Liangshun Li line and the stress of the bridge meet the design requirements, the need for construction of the main beam deflection and stress to predict and control. This requires that all construction phase based on the actual situation on the bridge construction to simulate and analyze the construction process to calculate the structure of cantilever force and deformation of the ideal state, and the results of simulation analysis applied to the later elevation control study.This type of bridge construction on the main principles of simulation and calculation method is used, the establishment of construction simulation model, select the dress~flip combined iteration method, draw the main beam deflection changes in the value of all construction stages and key sections the stress characteristics of shrinkage and creep, temperature change, moving load, wind load simulation of the impact of the construction and use of gray prediction model to determine the optimal set elevation, dynamic control of the beam segment elevation, flat top surface of the beam, beam bottom smoother curve, to ensure close and the main Liangshun Li line and the stress of bridge meet the design requirements.The results show that:This paper presents the theory and the simulation analysis method is feasible and that combined with suits and flip-iteration method to simulate this type of bridge analysis and calculation, using gray prediction model to determine the optimal set elevation, and to consider shrinkage and creep, temperature changes, load, wind load analysis on the impact of construction simulation, to ensure that simulation results are reasonable and correctly guide the construction practice, in similar simulation of the bridge construction has some practical value.
