The modern intelligence building world develops unceasingly to integrated, open, intellectualized, network direction, and the absolute changes have happened compared with those isolated traditional buildings. The system also inherits network characteristics——time, delay, data transmission jam, which makes system unstable. The research of network data lose, will reduce odds of haphazard, such as time delay, improve the validity and security of building network, and strengthen the building network capability. The thesis starts with network composition structure of buildings, introduce the application of advanced FCS technologies in building, and then compare the network characteristic among them. In addition, network composition structure of buildings is introduced through an air conditioner system. At the same time, the model of data packets dropouts is discussed object to synchronism network control system, availing of optimal control theory carry out an optimization on network controller, finally, simulate in the example having been in progress. Through facilitating treatments to the model air-conditioning system, utilize the optimal control theory——LQR to analyze practical examples, and compare the functions with them of traditional PID. At the same time, the control performance comparisons between network systems and non-network systems also carry out.The results indicate that the performance of the controller applying with optimal control theory is better than the former, and that the performance of network system is approaching to that of non-network systems. Consequently, the validity of the proposed control method is validated.
