Now with the automation, complication and continuity of ash storehousecontrol system scene equipment, fault points also along with it increase.In order to ensure these equipments run normally, reliably, highly effective,simultaneously in order to ensure the scene people in safety, exceptselecting highly grade and reliable automatic equipment and the computersupervisory system, discovers promptly the breakdown in the system, andtakes the effective measure to repair the breakdown, but also must carryon the condition monitor and the breakdown diagnosis to scene these equipment,is the important guarantee for the system continuously stable movement. Atpresent the control system overhaul and the maintenance pattern still dependupon by the man-power primarily inspection way, not yet utilizes the advancedbreakdown diagnosis technology as well as computer formidable handlingability, this with difficulty realizes without doubt to the control systemrealization condition service, enhances to arise suddenly the breakdownhandling ability.This article takes the ash storehouse engineering project in JIANBIElectricity of the Chinese International Telegram Group as the researchbackground, according to its control network system overall structure andthe performance characteristic, has analyzed the type, the scope and thereason which the ash storehouse control failure occurs. The explorationgathers the computer data analysis technology and the industry automaticcontrol, enhances the ash storehouse control system the overall equipmentmovement, the maintenance performance technical method and the method onthe research tradition breakdown diagnosis theory and on the modernbreakdown diagnosis theory foundation, uses the fault tree to analyze the(FTA) establishment ash storehouse control system the breakdown diagnosismodel. We use the fault tree analysis to unify expert system (ES) thediagnosis method to establish the intelligent breakdown diagnosis systemoverall structural framing. I has participated in the intelligent breakdowndiagnosis system partial structures, the functional design, includingregular storehouse, knowledge library and database design as well ascorrelation function module design and so on.
