The bridge crane's functions include elevating,transporting,queue. It's best used in transporting lines in industries such as factory and mine, enterprise's workshop,stockhouse ect. It is widely distributed in domestic industrial companies. The bridge crane control system's performance and quality in much degree decide the safety,efficiency and production in the production processes. Nowadays most bridge cranes in our country are controlled by man on-site,and the systems are designed in old structure.For the purpose of improve the bridge crane'safety coefficient and reduce energy consumption,we study the control strategy and build an automation system for the bridge crane. It realize the system's all automation. This thesis discussed the engineering design of the bridge crane system and control system's implementation method. For studying the bridge crane control strategy,we set up an automation system using personal computer and PLC(Programmable Logic Controller).We use PLC Siemens S7-200 system to control the bridge crane.and Visual C++6.0 software to design application software which has a friendly human machine interface(HMI) and can manage real-time monitor. The screen will show the working state of the bridge crane and every part of the system real-timely in-step. |
