The diesel engine combustion process is one fierce exothermic chemical reaction rapids phenomenon, the actual combustion process is the complex physical chemistry process which a fluid motion, the heat transfer, the mass transfer and the chemical reaction as well as between them affects mutually. Formerly studied the combustion process all was through the experimental study, burning basically is an empirical science.In the diesel engine cylinder the work process simulation simulation computation more and more brings to the diesel engine worker's attention along with the computer technology and the model unceasing improvement. The analog computation is opposite with the experimental technique, not only may reflect the cylinder internal flow field information and the combustion process intuitively, but also may nimbly conduct the variable element research through the parameter change, provides the theory support for the diesel engine technological transformations.This article designated the K1VA series procedure is the diesel engine combustion process simulation software which American Los the Alamos laboratory promotesThis article has given the diesel engine burning simulation main mathematical model, has discussed various equations value solution method, and has carried on the introduction to the KIVA series procedure structure as well as the analog computation post-processing process.Carries on the numerical simulation through the KIVA-3V procedure to the designation 4100 turbo-charged diesel engine cylinder diesel process. Through the computation, obtained in this diesel engine cylinder the average pressure and the average temperature along with the crank corner change curve, carries on it with the experimental result the contrast analysis.After had determined the analog computation precision, through establishes the starting vortex ratio, the rotational speed as well as in the advance angle of fuel simulation cylinder the working substance flowing, the temperature and the pressure distribution as well as the emission production process.
