| The technology of automation is developing rapidly in today.they face to compete in the world ,about electronic production and auto aviation and light industry ,and so on.they need to reduce the cost and shorten the cycle of production,and complete to regenerate. It is an impactful means that adopt recent the technology of automation.The thesis is studying TI545 PLC, and explaining the production flow. The system of the silo is used to transport the flake in the form of powder through air, from container unloading, fan and separator and airlock and pipe, enter to two silos. Then the flake in the silos is transferred to the dissolver by the screw feeder and airlock and separator and weigh hopper and screw feeder. The whole process is mostly make up of two parts. The first is unloading process, including selecting unload source, selecting unload destination, logic control, alarming high level and interlock stopping unloading system. The second is the dissolver entering flake process, including selecting form of outing, adjusting speed of transfer, calculating and controlling flake. Through study to production requirement and PLC program, TI545 PLC was applied to the system of the silo, the system of the silo apply software was programmed, and the automation of the silo was succeed completely. |
