Abstract/Summary:
Large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower engineering often needs to set up site cement silo, generally combined with concrete engineering cement silo.Water conservancy and hydropower engineering extensively use bulk cement. Bulk cement storage is mainly composed of 3 types—warehouse, hopper, and cylinder type. Because of its capacity is small, the hopper is generally used only as a transshipment storehouse. Cylindrical tank is widely used as all kinds of bulk cement warehouses in water conservancy and hydropower engineering because its structure is reasonable and saves steel, and it is easy to seal. The capacity of cylinder type(single tank) is 100 t ~ 1800 t. The bottom of cylindrical tank equipped with mechanical or pneumatic conveying equipment will send the cement to where it is needed. Due to its process arrangement, the pillars of cylindrical bin support structure are higher, and the top beam of the pillars is circular, so the structure is under heavy load.The purpose of this thesis is to research the overheaded silo supporting system used in civil engineering research. First of all, from the technical point of view, we plan out two feasible schemes( the steel structure supporting system,the reinforced concrete supporting system), including the calculation of the structure bearing capacity, and the normal service condition; Second, we have a whole life cycle cost analysis for the two schemes including the construction cost, recycling, construction cycle and so on, and calculate the net present value of each scheme. In the end, we choose the best solution. The optimized scheme has obvious economic benefits and social benefits.
