Above all, the temperature and height of material storage will play a significant effect with the deformation of reinforced concrete silo.This paper make a specific analysis with the relationship of the external deformation of reinforced concrete silo, the height of the clinker and temperature changes, etc, through monitoring and surveying the deformation of reinforced concrete silo in a factory of Shandong, according to the specific quantitative data obtained, as well as the factors, such as the quantity of the material storage and Temperature changes. Some analysis and fitting with a part of effective data is made applying by large data analysis software SPSS and MATLAB Therefore, we can determine the deformation trend of the silo in the whole, which will make a certain accordance for the deformation forecast of such reinforced concrete silo. |
