Gasoline engine electronic throttle is being increasingly used in all kinds of vehicles to imp -rove the vehicles dynamic, stable and the economy, and reduce pollution emissions. Electronic throttle is a kind of flexible control system, controlled by the motor-driven throttle, realized position control to achieve precise control. Meanwhile, the electronic throttle system can coordinate engine chassis system, the vehicle has good maneuverability. Electronic throttle system and transmitssion control systems in tandem transmissions adjusted to minimize the impact of shift, it can set up a variety of control functions to improve driving safety and comfortably.This paper studies in a wide range of data access, find out about the electronic throttle technology research and development on the basis of the status quo, Analysis of the electronic throttle to the construction, operation principle and mechanical structure of the nonlinear friction, a mathematical model Design of a Fuzzy PID controller, to achieve the throttle position control. A simulation of cruise control system integrated into the electronic throttle control system, the use of the CAN bus to transmit information, Vehicle system as a whole interactive information. In software design, electronic throttle control module main program completion of all port initialization, A/D conversion, CAN communication modules, a serial communication module for data processing; PC detection module is designed by VB, Serial module uses the MSComm and data handle module.Finally, making a experimentation of the electronic throttle control system The experimentation included the pilot and the response CAN function tests. The results show that the control system is a reasonable design has advantages of good response and follow characteristics, stable performance, Anti-jamming capability and good reliability...
