The last assemblage of vehicular transmitting system is axle. WithTheoretical studying of about design and analysis, we can rise up the highestspeed and vehicular capability of climbing slope and reduce accelerated timeof vehicle; with considering other parts of transmitting system together, wecan rise up economic benefits of fuel, save energy and cost, shorten distanceof brake, reduce moving force, raise vehicular ruse life and safe ability. The force of axe under typical conditions is calculated by the traditionalanalytic method. 3-D models of the axle are built by using UG. After the finiteelement models of the axle and frame are built, intensity and rigidity areanalyzed under typical condition. The development of virtual prototypetechnology provides a convenient and fast means of the research of vehicledynamics. In the dissertation, a physical model of rear axle vibration systemof dump truck on. Traveling was but up. And a mathematical model was also builtup base do nth e physical model. The virtual prototype model of the non-linearrandom vibration system was built up in the dynamic simulation program ADAMSand analyzing the moving force of rear axle housing by means of dynamicsimulation technology. A prepared ness for finite element in design andSimulation was done. Having got the loading spectrum and the relative strainspectrum, we will make out the fatigue wear of the rear axle on one hand usingthe Stress Method by combining the result of FEM calculation and the collectedloading spectrum; on the other hand, we will make out another value of thefatigue wear from the strain-time spectrum, which is another approach, namelythe Partial Stress-Strain approach..
