High-speed train axles are one of the main components of train operation safety,with the speed of the high-speed train improved,the fatigue problems of wheel and axle are increasingly prominent.The compilation of wheel and axle load spectrum and its distribution characteristics are the important basis for the design of fatigue evaluation and reliability of axle.Therefore,this paper focuses on the wheel and axle load spectrum of the wheel and axle of EMU based on the permanent magnet motor traction system with the way of test and simulation.In this paper,the following aspects are studied:1)The load-stress output characteristics of the web are obtained by finite element calculation.Special positions are selected on the web,which are used to identify the vertical and lateral loads respectively.And by selecting a reasonable bridge to reduce the interference caused by crosstalk problems.2)For the wheel after drilling and the original wheel,according to UIC510-5,analyze the structural force of instrumented wheel-set with finite element calculation,to assess the wheel's static strength and fatigue strength.3)Make the instrumented wheel-set,design the location of the patch bridge and its bridging way,and calculate the output signal characteristics of the bridges with the way of mathematical analysis.4)According to the actual operation of the train line in the main conditions-straight line condition and curve line condition,design a reasonable calibration program.According to the data obtained from the calibration,the load transfer coefficient of the lateral load and the vertical load under different working conditions is obtained.5)The stress spectrum of the corresponding measuring points is obtained from the real line running experiment.With the load transfer coefficient and the different line conditions,the load spectrum and stress spectrum of the wheel axle measuring points under different working conditions are obtained.6)Based on the stress-time history data of the key parts of the wheel and axle,the fatigue strength of the wheel axle is evaluated with the theory of linear cumulative damage.The results show that the train's wheel and axle can meet the operating requirements of 12 million kilometers.
