| The vehicle travelling data recorder can record the vehicle traveling state and recur itthrough collecting data of speed, mileage, time of uninterrupted driving, brake signal andso on. It can be used to suppress the tired drive and overspeed, control driver's badbehavior, guarantee the vehicle driving safety and analyze the traffic accidents.Thisdissertation focuses on design and development of the recorder mainframe and analysissoftware used in the upper machines.The overall design and functional analysis are conducted for the system of recorderwith consideration of the economization, system integration, and the national standardGB/T19056-2003 on vehicle travelling data recorder. The recorder's hardware system isdesigned, including selecting MCU, acquisition interface, clock chip, memorizer, powersupply, I/O device and all the other parts, designing circuit. With the core of MCU, therecorder can collect, manage, store and transmit data.The systematic design and analysis of flow diagram are performed for the dataanalysis software embodied in the upper machines. The code used for analyzing data inupper machine is written by Visual Basic package and Microsoft Access Database, whichincludes several functions such as reading of original data, query, statistic, creating graph,setup parameters, and management of operation authority. The software can generatecurves of doubtful point data reflecting the accident, graphs of generally speeds and the listof average speeds. Also, it can manage the information about recorder, drivers, vehicle,insurance and peccancy.Finally, the SYstem of recorder is tested and modified by means of test-bed andvehicle road testing to make the recorder meet the demand of national standards. |
