Some problems are existed in signal output way in function detecting ofaccelerometer-only IMU. So a data-acquisition system is designed in this dissertation thatbased on wireless control and wireless transmission, the data acquisition and memory arecontrolled using wireless way and the data is transmited to the upper computer also usingthe wireless way, the inconvenient of lead wire is resolved effectively and the interferingnoise is restrained at the same time.The signal characteristic of the measured object and the function of the system areanalyzed in this dissertation, and general plan design is also illuminated detailedly. In theaspect of hardware design, NRF2401 of NODIC company is chosen as the communicationmodule and AT89C51 is chosen for control function of data acquisition in this system. A/Dtransfer circuit, memory circuit, and wireless transmission circuit are designed in this part,a series of antiinterference measures are brought forward too. In the aspect of software design,the thought and process of modularized design are described which included the design ofthe main program, subprogram and interruption request service routine of every part,and the flow diagram are also given. At last, the global debugging of this system isaccomplished.Debugging result indicated that the data acquisition of ten channels with 16 bits couldbe achieved in wireless way using this system, data transmission rate could reach 250 kbpswhich satisfy the request of the accelerometer-only IMU function detecting and reach thepreconcerted technical index.
