Research On Data Acquisition And Wireless Transmission Method Of Reducer

With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the annual handling capacity and throughput of the port have been increased several times over. As the main equipment of port cargo transport tools, reducer is used frequently. In order to improve the repairment and maintenance of reducer, a set of data acquisition and wireless transmission system is designed to monitor real-time the work state of the reducer, which has very important significance to predict the hidden trouble and prolong the service life of equipment, improve work efficiency and decrease loss.A brief introduction of the present research status is given to data acquisition and wireless transmission at home and aboard. An overall scheme for data acquisition and wireless transmission system of reducer was designed according to the application environment of port, then a detailed description of hardware circuit and software program is introduced.The hardware design mainly includes key parts selection and circuit design. The piezoelectricity vibration sensor CZ861-A50-B02 made by Chuanzhen Electronic Technology Company in Shanghai is selected for data acquisition, the STM32F103ZET6 made by STMicroelectronics is selected as micro-controller, and Siemens MC55 is selected for GPRS communication. Centering on data acquisition, micro-controller and wireless transmission module, the paper gives a detailed design and analysis of all functional circuits, including power supply circuit, signal acquisition circuit, micro-controller circuit, wireless transmission module circuit and communication interface circuit.The Keil MDK software, C language program are adopted to design software of data acquisition, AD conversion., connect GPRS module with the internet. The AT commands are adopted to configure, to send the data to the host computer in wireless communication module of MC55. Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 software joint development are used in PC terminal to realizing the data receiving, display, storage and other operations.
