In thermal power plant, the optimization technology of sewage treatment relates to the sewage treatment technology, control theory and distributed control systems, and other professional fields. And the process system is very complicated, the design of control system is relatively decentralized, it's necessary to obtain the real-time data of various water quality indicators. And according to different uses, we make reasonable distribution, in order to meet the technical requirements and economic requirements.Based on the situation of sewage treatment in HongWei power plant, we do the research to build a set of sewage treatment program and control program, using the optimized control system, apply auto-control to sewage treatment, and according to the sewage use, through automatic analysis and optimization of control, achieve reasonable water use efficiency in the best economic way. Taking into account the prevailing situation of thermal power plant, a set of common optimization program of the sewage treatment control system are researched and designed, to save water resources, reduce pollution and provide theoretical guidance for the actual sampling.This paper focuses on the dosage and dispensing control, including the process of the mathematical modeling. Through data analysis, use the equations and charts to establish systems discharge indicator (SS, CODcr, oil content), decide the relationship of various factors (PAC dosage, pH, stirring intensity, and time), and determine the best work point. Under the system characteristics and the control technology requirements, we choose the design program of control system, and intended to use Siemens PLC (S7-200 222) for the control of the core, V606IC10 touch-screen for man-machine interface of the original water flow and pH meter sampling, analysis and apply pumps, fans, pumps and other control measures. This paper briefly introduces monitoring system from the functions and gives the automation chart, PLC software flowchart and some major procedures. In the aspect of the dispensing system, this paper introduce the working principle of the system, software and software flow and some key algorithm.In HongWei power plant, after applying the PLC control system to sewage treatment, the various emission targets are achieve A grade emission standards, dosage is significantly lower. All in all, it achieved the desired results.
