| The output of a CCD is a key part of testing camera system, so improving the performance of it in the system can do good to the improving that of the whole camera system, the problem is that the CCD is easily to be broken if it is often used in testing, especially to those expensive ones, it is hard to endure the lost in economy and time. In order to make the experiment more efficient, a simulation system in simulating CCD output was designed base on the analysis of a CCD output.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, a minimum system of single-chip 89C51 was designed to command the data source, while the data control and data sending out software was realized with advanced language, then we can operate the whole system through the keyboard based on the Single-chip;Secondly, data source signal including controlling signal and a couple of digital signals, which is to be sent to DAC, was generated by VHDL and CPLD. It ensured the high speed and exact phase of the output signals.Thirdly, the circuit diagram around the DAC has been designed to complete the process of changing from digital signals to analog signal, while filtering some noise in signal. |
