Due to the continuous development of railway technology, railway speed increasing, which makes the running time greatly shorten the operation interval. The railway passenger transport service and improve the railway competitive today, passengers put forward higher requirements on railway passenger broadcast function now, hope to get more and more geographical broadcast information, entertainment and information etc.. At the same time, brings the opportunity of modern electronic technology and communication technology development and progress for the new railway broadcasting system now, in this context, train broadcasting system can fully upgraded, its function also is very perfect, or even to achieve a GPS satellite positioning function.The system developed in this paper is based on the original broadcast system, extracting useful information, and the CPLD technology, audio signal processing technique, the5L processor chip technology as the foundation, through the above technology to design the concrete implementation plan.System designed by this method can make the processing of audio signal source to transmit the signal source, processed further to do volume adjustment, treble bass structured and audio signal source transform processing etc.. The audio data can be displayed by the transfer of appropriate equipment to the screen, the whole process is completed by the main control. Its main component is an51processor.[1] Transformation and the combination control of the audio signal. Able to complete all kinds of audio signals to the audio signal adjustment, treble and bass and volume are structured, transform processing can also handle the various audio signal source.[2] MCU and CPLD interface implementation.
