In recent years,the traffic industry in southwestern China has developed rapidly.Due to the special topography and geomorphology in the southwestern region,the bridge and tunnel ratio of highways and railways is relatively high.The suspension bridge has a natural advantage in crossing the deep mountain valley.In the southwest region,China has built many large buildings.Suspension bridge.The PC plate type stiffening beam suspension bridge can use the abundant stone resources in the mountainous area,which can greatly reduce the construction cost.It is present in the construction of low-grade highway suspension bridges in southwestern China.Unlike conventional steel box girder suspension bridges,There are some special problems in the construction process of PC plate stiffened beam suspension bridge.In this paper,the world's largest span PC beam suspension bridge is built in the background of the Moon Bay Bridge in Yongshan County,Yunnan Province,and some problems in its construction control are studied.And applying the results to practice ensured the smooth progress of the project.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:1.According to the analysis and comparison of the finite element method and the analytical method in the suspension bridge calculation,according to the influencing factors in the erection process of the Moon Bay Bridge,the finite element method is used to establish the Moon Bay Bridge model,and the length of the main cable is determined without stress.The influence coefficient of the vertical displacement of the tower caused by temperature,span variation and temperature is calculated.The equation of the empty cable is calculated.The correctness of the calculation results is verified by the measured results.2.According to the particularity of the cable girder of the PC girder suspension bridge,the calculation program of the tension of the anchor spanning cable under the condition of cable-forming is compiled.According to this procedure,the calc ulation of the anchor span of the Moon Bay Bridge is carried out,which confirms the accuracy of the procedure.Sex.3.Based on the characteristics of the main tower and the cable saddle,the finite element model is used to simulate the cable saddle pushin g process.The timing of the cable saddle pushing,the top thrust and the pushing amount are solved.Pushing push push scheme.4..The calculation of the hoisting stage of the stiffening beam is carried out,and the variation law of the main cable shape,th e elevation of the stiffening beam and the linear shape during the hoisting process of the stiffening beam is summarized.5.According to the characteristics of this bridge type construction process,the influence of the temporary connection of the stiffened beam with the temporary connection of the compression-only one-way hinge and the temporary connection of the two-way hinge on the linear shape of the stiffened beam is analyzed.As a temporary connection scheme;the reasons for the longitudinal pre-biasing of stiffening beams are discussed;the influence of four different wet joint casting schemes on the final bridge formation and int ernal forces of the suspension bridges is compared and analyzed,and it is determined that the wet joints are used during the pouring process.The weight of the wet joint is arranged on the beam,and the pouring sequence is poured from the middle to the main tower on both sides.
