Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is widely used in AC servo system with the development of permanent magnetism material and control method. High precision and sensorless control are researched in this paper in order to improving the performance of PMSM drive system. Based on these researches, combine two kinds of methods to make the system better.Each part of the PMSM drive system: PMSM,PWM control method, sensor and sensorless control are introduced and presented for deeply study.Based on mathematics model of PMSM, two widely used control methods: SPWM and SVPWM are analyzed and contracted. Because of the different principles and realization ways, the two methods applied in motor control have different speed precision. By the conclusion, SVPWM is excellent.Sensorless control is a research topic, and Extend Kalman Filter(EKF) is applied in sensorless control for its advantage: Nonlinear and adapt to noise. Introducing the mathematics principle first, and combine it with mathematic model of motor. The simulation of sensorless control is verified the feasibility in Matlab/Simulink environment, in addition how to choose the parameter is presented. At last the result of experiment is proved that this method takes effect.A novel hybrid structure control method of PMSM is presented in this paper which makes the control system has better static performance and higher precision. Hybrid control means mixed given control and self control, by the contrast sensorless and sensor are both researched in self control. The simulation and experiment results show the validity of this method.Finally both the software and hardware are introduced in the paper. Software is written mixed with Assemble and C language, in some section assemble is reserved for high-efficient calculation. In addition how to avoid the noise in control are given.
