Inertial element is being used more and more widely than before because of its characteristic. Gyroscope is the crucial part which can affect the precision of whole system in a inertial navigation systems. For example yaojia gyroscope is widely used in the Attitude Stabilization System of tank as an important element which can sense the changes of angular velocity. Usually yaojia gyroscope in the military field is applied to artillery control systems in automatic weapons system such as main battle tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and armored assault vehicles.This subject roots in a scientific research project in a aeronautical and astronautic institute. It is mainly used in debugging and testing the yaojia gyroscope. The main content of this dissertation is the design and realization of yaojia gyroscope testing system. The function of testing system is to provide the gyroscope with power supply and run performance testing including the data receiving and calculation of static and dynamic parameters.The dissertation briefly introduces the testing method of yaojia gyroscope, and makes development and research aiming at the structure and character of yaojia gyroscope. This testing system bases on the industrial control computer , uses high precision sensor and signal processing circuit, precision testing rotational platform and PCL-818L data acquisition card of ISA bus to realize automatic testing of yaojia gyroscope and its power supply. We can do statistic and analysis according to testing parameter to guide manufacture technique and improvement of testing system.The development of whole testing system includes hardware and software design. Hardware bases on high performance Hall-effect current sensor, and uses data acquisition card to fulfill the task of signal conversion and gathering. Software bases on visual C++, and realizes data receiving, analysis, processing calibration of system parameter, system self testing, database management, control of testing rotational platform and control of the whole testing flow.
