As the executive unit of the distribution system,the distribution terminal unity is linked with the power distribution station and the primary distribution equipment.The real-time,reliability and precision of the distribution terminal unity directly affect the safe and reliable operation of the distribution system.In the past,most of the domestic and foreign terminal manufacturers adopted manual mode to carry out the calibration and functional test of the distribution terminal unity which was complex,low reliability and efficiency,and cannot apply to mass production.In view of the above problems,this paper developed one universal automatic debugging and testing system of distribution terminal unity,which could achieve high efficiency and high quality production according to different types of terminal flexible configuration testing and calibration requirements.First,Two aspects were mainly included in the system function,data calibration and function testing,whereby the simulation test,the switch function,and exit relay action test of the distribution terminal unity etal was mainly included in the function test.The whole testing process was controlled by the background software,and the testing process was strictly followed in the logical sequence,and automatically generated test reports and prompted voice to complete or abnormal test.Next,according to the overall design of the system,the design of hardware and test control system was completed.The hardware design of the system was Intelligent I/O module,which ARM was used as the core processor,including power module circuit,E2 PROM extended circuit,RS485 circuit,switch input circuit and relay output circuit,and the communication function with testing and controlling system was realized through the Ethernet and RS485 communication to interface with the IEC-104 and Modbus_RTU protocol.The test control system was developed by usingJava platform and multitask mechanism,including test list module and man-machine interface.Among which the test task was described by XML language,which realized the standardized saving and reading of test tasks,the Java Swing development package in the Netbeans development environment was adopted in human machine interface to achieve the control and monitoring of the test.Last,by testing and adjusting different kinds of the distribution terminal unity,the feasibility of the system was verified.The experimental results showed that the fault identification of the system is up to 100% and meet the requirements of the test and calibration accuracy of the distribution network management terminal in the distribution industry,which successfully applied in the enterprise internal production process of the terminal and has practical application value in testing and calibrating the terminal.
