The Automatic Verification Or Calibration System Of Instrument Based On General Testing Platform

This thesis describes the automatic verification/calibration system of instrument based on general test platform of The Calibration and Test Center of 724 th Research Institute China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation.In-depth study of the automatic verification/calibration system of radio instruments,we have implemented automatic verification /calibration of radio instruments including vector network analyzers,signal generators,spectrum analyzers and power meters by using general test software.With the increasing number of scientific research and production tasks,RF/microwave test instruments become more and more,manual calibration/verification can no longer meet the needs of daily instrument calibration/verification or large batch acceptance.RF/microwave automatic calibration or verification system can save test time,improve work efficiency,quickly analyzer and process automatic test data,and have complete data query and management functions.In this thesis,an automatic verification/calibration system for instruments based on general test platform software is designed.Based on the principle,various indicators can be tested on general RF/microwave instruments.Object oriented programming based on interface modularize the testing process.Modules interact with each other through the platform can achieve the goal of easy maintenance.The system software has openness,flexibility and expansibility.It can create test through simple graphical interface without programming.The test method is easy to edit,the instrument resources can be expanded or tailored,and the corresponding test flow can be quickly established for different test objects.Using database to configure the test parameters of the system is easy to manage.At the same time,it has the functions of automatic measurement results collection,data output and automatic document recording.The platform can also support all kinds of test instruments and control bus access modes of test instruments.It has standard operation function library of general instruments and can flexibly realize the operation of instruments.This software interface is friendly,easy to operate,learn and use.
