| As the goal giving priority to the public transport was established, a "High Quality Waiting Environment" will be a powerful card for the promotion of "Passenger Transport Service". Meanwhile, it will also be an important window for the reflection of the city image. Therefore, how to make the waiting service facilities more pleasant, reasonable, systematic and give people the joyful experience becomes a topic worth paying attention to research.This thesis mainly takes Beijing as the example, through the systematic analysis and study of the waiting service facilities for the Normal Bus Transit in the big cities, so as to put forward the experienced designing principles and methods, which will make it more pleasant and enjoyable. The goal of this design is to provide a high quality waiting service facilities system, which will cause people to obtain the feeling of comfortable, ease and satisfaction in the waiting process. It will promote public transport attraction, alleviate the huge pressure caused by the urbanization and motorization to the municipal transportation and reduce the urban environmental load.The first part of this thesis gives an analysis of the key role of the waiting service facilities on improving public transport, enhancing its attraction and so on. At the same time, this thesis points out the present situation of the design research of the existing public transport and elaborates the basic categories and concepts involved in the article. The second part analyzes the factors affecting the waiting service facility design from users, facilities and the environment space. It proposes the questions, such as dispersion in function, monotony in form, indifference in humanities and deficiency in system .The third part proposes the principles of experience design on consciousness, space, interaction and service aiming at the existing problems. Finally, the design practice and experiment are carried on, and the summary and prospect are put at the end. |
