| With the rapid development of Internet information technology and the popularity of human-computer interaction products,it has not only brought convenience to people, but also accelerated the pace of people’s life.Due to poor network connection and poor hardware configuration, loading and waiting has become a ubiquitous phenomenon in people’s life that cannot be eliminated. On the other hand, with the vigorous development of experience economy, users’ needs have gradually changed from satisfying functions to satisfying emotional experience needs, and the loading and waiting process penetrates into every link of human-computer interaction, which has a crucial impact on users’ emotions, satisfaction evaluation and even decision-making.Therefore,it is of great significance to design to analyze the influencing factors of users’ waiting experience from the perspective of users’ time cognition, and to evaluate users’ waiting experience in a more objective and scientific way,and finally optimize users’ waiting experience. In view of the above background, this study aims to optimize the design and evaluation of human-computer interaction loading and waiting process, takes the user’s time perception mechanism and waiting psychological law as the entry point, and deeply explores visual and auditory factors that affect users’ waiting time perception and waiting experience through the combination of theoretical research and experimental analysis. And explore an experimental evaluation method of loading waiting experience combining subjective and objective. The research results have guiding significance for man-machine interaction loading wait state design and user experience evaluation. The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the theory of user time perception, the cognitive rules and influencing factors of individual time estimation are studied; In addition,a detailed analysis of the human and system elements in the loading waiting process is made to reveal the reasons for the loading waiting state, summarize common loading forms, conduct an in-depth analysis of internal and external factors that affect the user’s waiting experience, and conduct psychological analysis of the user’s waiting process.2.Summarize and analyze the subjective and objective evaluation methods of user waiting experience, and select time estimation as behavior index combining with the characteristics of loading and waiting scenes;Pleasure degree, arousal degree, clarity, speed perception, worthiness and satisfaction degree were selected as subjective evaluation indexes, and frontal alpha asymmetry(FAA)was innovatively introduced as objective electrophysiological indexes to explore an evaluation method of waiting experience combining subjective and objective.3.Experimental research.Based on theoretical research, two experiments were carried out to explore the visual and auditory influencing factors of the loading waiting experience, and to verify the feasibility of the evaluation method proposed in this paper. The visual feedback level and loading time of loading pages are selected as research variables to explore the impact of visual feedback level and different loading time on users’ perception and experience of waiting time.Compared with pure visual channel loading, the effect of incorporating positive, neutral and negative emotional background music in the loading process on users’ perception and experience of waiting time is further explored through experiments. In addition, the correlation analysis of the two experimental results can prove that it is feasible to use FAA index to assist the waiting experience evaluation.4.Based on the conclusions of the two experiments, while verifying the feasibility of the evaluation method, the design strategy for optimizing the loading waiting process is proposed, which not only expands and innovates the design theory and evaluation method, but also has certain reference value for the design and development of Internet human-computer interaction products. |
