With the development of the electric and electronic technology in recent years, electric power system is demand to run safely and steadily and economically, but it is badly influenced by the harmonics which is caused by electric and electronic devices. Based on satisfying the standard of harmonics, if the parameters of harmonics are detected and analyzed by rule and line in the power network, we can use effectively electric devices. So harmonic detection and analysis is important to research harmonics, especially in the veracity and the account .At first the paper introduces research background and research state and development trend in both overseas and domestic, Specially, the measurement theories and studied in methods on harmonics, interharmonics in electric power system are studied in depth, then a harmonics analyzing method based on windows and interpolated FFT algorithm is brought forward ,which is fit for the system. At the same time, the technology of frequency multiplication phase-locked is used to make sample frequency in pace with power wave frequency, and vary with power wave. Based on above-mentioned schemes, the power detection system based on TMS320C67711D is designed, it can measure exactly basic measure, harmonics and interharmonics, fluctuation and flicker, windage of voltage and frequency and harmonic distortion total. The paper define design of hardware and design of software of the system, it includes mainly module of data collection, module of data processing, module of data transmission. At last, system test has proved that real-time, veracity, stability satisfy the national standard.
