Thermal stress is not a neglectable problem of automatic weapons during shooting process in national defence industry.Thermal stress can cause the problems of shooting power,maneuverability,reliability and economical efficiency,finally,which brings weapons to losing their effectiveness.As the role undertaken by the different,Rifed is the main part which kill living object and carrier effected high temperature and high pressure gas gunpowder directly.So Research in high temperature and high pressure rifed under heat in the gas chamber wall heat conduction and thermal stress changes as time.This study barrel on the strength of design,structural design and life barrel design is meaningful.In this paper,the launch of the firearms principle and the main characteristics of the process launched,the following work done mainly:1.Axisymmetric barrel for the structural characteristics,with large general-purpose finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the establishment of a barrel of the finite element model.2.According to the launch of firearms features,identified in the Finite Element Method in the process of initial conditions and boundary conditions,and important parametes.With finite element software ANSYS Multiphysics in the thermal analysis function,By setting more load-step manner,using cell death in each stage impose different temperature loads and boundary conditions for analysis,respectively,in the barrel of gunpowder gases under high temperature wall temperature with the heat conduction time;the Qiangtong calculated by thermal load distribution of temperature distributions.3.to discuss the details of firearms in the process of launching a major impact on material properties factors,identified in the Finite Element Method in the process of initial conditions and boundary conditions,and important parametes.With finite element software ANSYS Multiphysics in thermal-stress coupling function,the Qiangtong calculated by thermal load distribution of thermal stress distributions.4.according to actual,identified in structural analysis in the process of boundary conditions,and pressure.With finite element software ANSYS Multiphysics in coupling function,respectively,in the barrel of gunpowder gases under high temperature and high pressure gas under two coupling wall stress load changes with the passage of time the situation was simulated,the Qiangtong calculated by the mechanical load and thermal load distribution of temperature and stress distributions.5.According to the barrel temperature distribution and the actual damage, discussed in detail the reasons for the thermal ablation,and to improve conditions and reduce thermal ablation temperature was systematically summed up the barrel.
