Their scales are getting larger, the productive forces per each unit are increasing to 5 to 10 times, and their quality is remarkably improved. Many years from then on, though the producer of wood-based panel equipments did try hard to research, and to make more development and improvement for central equipments of middle-, high density fiberboards' productive lines. Now refiners in 42 inch standards have been taken the places of the imported equipments. But the refiners in 48 inch or more standards for large-scaled productive lines are still depended on imported equipments. There are still something in standards, function performance, control and protection to be deeply developed. For middle- and small fiberboards producers, there're always many big metal pellets leak in the rubs truncated areas when the domestic refiner work. It damages the major parts and the precision of the machines. Therefore, it is very necessary to research how to judge if some metal parts leak in the airtight room in the truncated areas when the machines work. Thus we can do something in order to reduce the damages. During the research we used the vibration-test system, and then we got the vibration-atlases. We have analyzed the vibration-intensity and the vibration-time. The results showed us, it's possible to monitor the oscillatory amplitude of the refiner and we can design a kind of transmission-installment. When big metal pellets leak in the rubs truncated areas, the machine can move the rotating pan automatically and removes the metal pellets, in order to protect the refiner.The research of this topic is very important for the refiner of the Fiberboard-industry of our country. It can advance the technology, enhances the reliability and the precision, technology of control.
