Visualization Of The Aero-engine Test To Reproduce The System Development And Research

Along with the development of our country aircraft engine, gas turbine engine test technology needs to be solved urgently. In the test the massive data is abstract, which lacks the readability, therefore, we need to carry on the visualization processing of the information.This article is about the research which bases on some gas turbine engine research institute's demand to make the researchers understand the engine test process and the result which relate to the rule and the essence profoundly such as the gas flow rule and each kind of parameter to perform the influence of the gas flow, thus, the more effective testing methods will be proposed.The test visualization system mainly processes the data after the experimentation, which realizes the aircraft engine physical model structure configuration (space position distribution) using some visualization way, the monitoring video recording, data synchronization playback and graphical display (the flow, survey section, animation, two-dimensional information), the testing environment (test facility and tests place), etc. The main control program is established to reorganize and choice the raw data from the database which is sent to the graphics module and the related commercial software.According to the mission requirement, the visualization system may satisfy the requirement of the engine and the experiment model structure, the test parameter configuration, data synchronization playback of the experiment data flow and the video recording.The system desk studies preliminary model of multi-platform mutual cooperation, using the object-oriented method.
