With the development trend of “Internet+”,to improve the effectiveness of bench test system for micro turbine engine(MTE),a distributed remote bench test system was designed and implemented, which is based on BCM/S and has flexible access methods.Firstly,on the basis of requirement analysis of remote bench test system for MTE,the system architecture was designed, and the top-level design of each subsystem was put forward. Moreover, data acquisition terminal(MDRMT),which is the core component of MTE test rig,was developed.Secondly, the network system for MTE remote test was established. The system topology structure was designed, the servers was developed. And the database system was designed, which includes general manipulating components, distributed memory and distributed deployments. The website for MTE remote test was also published. Finally, with the MVC+AJAX+JSP+SERVLET technology roadmap, three software modules in application layer, which are remote realtime monitor, remote data playback module and remote virtual bench test module, were designed and implemented. The effectiveness of the remote bench test system was validated by several tests. The research results have some reference value for other remote test system development. |
