Considering the importance of distribution automation system, the measurement & control lab of our campus build low-pressure distribution automation monitoring system to enhance the integer ability of students. The existing monitoring system can be monitored just by the local PC, therefore the major task of the thesis is building the remote monitoring system by using embedded Web server technology.Based on analysising the course of low-pressure distribution automation remote monitoring system, the paper summarizes the status of existing monitoring system, and puts the embedded Web server tech forward to build remote monitoring system. Then, it mainly discusses the design and realization of the embedded Web server, which includes the design of hardware and software. The hardware is developed based on S3C44B0X and its peripheral hardware is composed of memory circuit, serial communication interface and Ethernet interface. The software includes those parts: the design of Boot Loader, building JFFS file system, the transplant of uClinux, the configuration and transplant of Boa server, the realization of multi-user authentication, the analysis of CGIC, CGI programming.The result of test shows the embedded Web server can work in the remote monitoring system and remote guest can monitor the status of experiment devices, which means the task has been achieved.
