The problems of power quality in the power system have become prominent increasingly. While the requirements of people's power quality on the increase, the real-time monitoring of the power quality is imperative. To grasp the situation in the on-site power quality safely, conveniently and quickly, and control timely,a system of embedded Web server used in the remote power quality monitoring system was designed in this paper.On the hardware side, based on S3C2410 microprocessor hardware platform,the processor's external circuit and the data acquisition circuits was designed in the paper. Among them, the peripheral interface circuit contains a power circuit, the memory and interface circuits, the communication module circuit (including the serial communication circuit and the Ethernet interface circuit), the interaction of human-computer interface circuit and the JTAG interface circuit; the data acquisition circuit includes the voltage/current transformer circuit, the signal conditioning circuit, PLL circuit and A/D converter circuit.On the software side, the Linux operating system was transplanted at first, and then the Boa server, the CGIC library and the MiniGUI system was transplanted,and then the related configuration was completed. Finally,writed the CGI program to realize the dynamic web page. Through the dynamic web page,achieved to query the data of the power quality, and to control the remote devices.At the same time, the man-machine interface was implemented by the MiniGUI programs.
